Sarah is a spoken word poet, writer, artist, and educator living on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, Australia.​ She is renowned for delivering inspiring, results-driven performances and programs that engage, entertain, and empower. ​
In 2022 Sarah won both the NSW Poetry Slam and Byron Bay Poetry Slam competitions and was a national finalist in the Australian Poetry Slam, performing at the Sydney Opera House.

Sarah's poems, commentary, and observations are available online and in various print collections and journals. She has collaborated with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), which featured her work on national television. Sarah has also appeared on local radio and at numerous festivals, such as the Tasmanian Poetry Festival in 2024 and the Woodford Folk Festival in 2023. She has produced pieces for the international Poetry For Peace Slam in association with UNESCO, both the Tweed and Lismore Regional Galleries, and Story Week, Sydney.
